JobbeschreibungAre you ready to shape your future with confidence? You want more than pure strategy consulting? You want to dive deeper than classic M&A? Join EY-Parthenon, where both meet: you will support CEOs, boards, and private equity firms in transaction-driven transformations from initial strategic thought to successful execution. You’ll work on pioneering projects across industries, from strategy realignment and optimization to transformative deals and restructurings.
With data-driven insights and targeted use of AI technologies, you will uncover new markets, drive growth, and develop corporate and capital strategies that make the decisive difference.
Aufgaben
As part of the Strategy Team in Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf or Munich, you develop strategies that create sustainable value. You analyze markets, understand competition and customers in detail, and participate in projects where large decisions are made.
Key responsibilities include:
- You work on demanding strategy and transformation projects in the transport and mobility sector, taking responsibility for projects or clearly defined parts – from structuring to client implementation.
- You develop strategies and transformation approaches for large transport and infrastructure systems, especially for public and state-associated actors, assessing technological innovation potentials (e.g., digitalization, data platforms, new mobility models).
- You create concrete decision, planning, and implementation scenarios based on robust analysis and proven strategy frameworks (e.g., PESTEL, SWOT (+S), 7S) as well as modern innovation and transformation methods.
- You work in interdisciplinary teams and integrate strategic, financial, and operational perspectives into holistic solutions.
- You support the preparation of offers and tenders, contribute to studies and thought‑leadership content, and build deep subject knowledge across the mobility ecosystem.
- You have completed your studies exceptionally well and possess deep consulting expertise in public and private sectors, especially conducting economic and benefit-cost analyses in the transport sector and deriving strategic capital needs for budget and company planning.
- You bring relevant experience from a reputable strategy or mobility consulting firm, with successful involvement in strategic flagship projects for public companies, authorities, or ministries.
- You possess some leadership experience, a strong understanding of digitalization and future key technologies in the mobility sector, and excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Agile: You believe that a flexible mindset is as important for success as knowledge and skills.
- Curious: You are ambitious and engaged. We look for people who think in opportunities, not challenges, and find better solutions through targeted questions.
- Team oriented: You appreciate diverse perspectives and enjoy teamwork. We seek people who achieve something together and want to create a trusting work environment.
You will work in high-performing, interdisciplinary teams with innovative technologies in a flexible and inclusive environment that supports your various life situations. Inspiring colleagues, as well as training and development opportunities on and off the job, help you grow beyond yourself and develop the skills you need for the future. A steep learning curve is guaranteed.
