We are currently supporting a leading international pharmaceutical company the search for a Global Market Access & Reimbursement Lead to join a growing and highly strategic global function.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced market access professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to play a key role in shaping global pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies across innovative oncology products.
The OpportunityIn this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of global market access strategies across Europe and international markets, supporting product value optimization and successful reimbursement pathways.
You will work cross-functionally with medical, commercial, HEOR, pricing, and evidence-generation teams to help ensure strong market positioning and payer value communication throughout the product lifecycle.
The position offers broad international exposure, strategic visibility, and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact oncology launches and in-line portfolio development.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of global market access and reimbursement strategies
- Contribute to pricing and reimbursement planning across European and international markets
- Develop and adapt global value propositions and payer communication materials
- Collaborate closely with HEOR, RWE, medical, commercial, and pricing teams
- Support affiliates with reimbursement negotiations, payer engagement strategies, and market access initiatives
- Contribute to evidence-generation planning to support product value demonstration
- Ensure alignment with evolving European HTA/JCA requirements
- Coordinate with external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders on strategic access projects
- 5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong experience in Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement within Europe
- Expertise in at least one major EU market (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, or UK)
- Experience supporting product launches and/or oncology portfolios is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of payer environments, HTA processes, and reimbursement frameworks
- Ability to work cross-functionally within global and regional teams
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
- International scope and collaboration
- Approx. 30% travel
- High-visibility role within a growing oncology-focused environment
