We are on the lookout for a Analyst, Product Operations to join the Logistics Product Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

Being part of Product Performance comes with the exciting challenge of bridging the gap between cutting-edge Product/Tech innovations and strategic business needs. You will get to tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Your stakeholders span Global and Regional teams, making this position a pivotal touchpoint between Business and Product, crucial to our success.

• Owning product performance:
  You will own relevant business KPIs and product performance globally. You will be part of the product strategy formulation for the team.
• Optimise experimentation and roll-outs:
  You will own the rollout and experimentation on the Order Tracking Page components built by the team which are aimed at improving our users’ experience, business performance and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management:
  You will conduct in-depth analysis to provide management and product teams with insights for key business decisions. You will share your vision, progress, and wins with key stakeholders at various levels of the organization, and across our diverse international brands.
• Data-led improvements:
  You proactively find areas for improvement backed up by data, are innovative in seeking the best solution and execute in a timely and considered manner.
• Be the expert: you will become the champion and go-to expert for all things order tracking, driving innovation and excellence across all Delivery Hero brands in this crucial area.

• Great communication skills:
  Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Data is your best friend:
  You gained at least 4+ years of professional experience interpreting data in an analytics or product role.
• Visualization of data:
  Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau or Data Studio).
• Problem Solving:
  You are highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in the last mile industry in an Operations, Product and/or Analytics is a plus.
• Stakeholder management:
  You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders across different levels, functions and regions.
• Bias for action:
  You have a pragmatic and autonomous way of working. You push for driving forward projects but also are able to prioritise. You find smart ways of working with your stakeholders.
