Lead the transformation of Taxfix's financial systems by defining and executing an AI-driven, automated finance systems roadmap. Own architecture, ERP and billing integrations, controls and automation while leading a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across the company.

Head up the transformation of Taxfix’s finance systems and processes with a strong focus on AI-driven automation, scalable architecture, and best-in-class tooling. You will define and own the multi-year roadmap, make architecture and integration decisions, perform hands-on ERP/configuration work, and lead a dedicated team while partnering with senior stakeholders, Product, Engineering and external vendors.

• Map current finance systems across countries and design target architecture including integration patterns, data flows, and system boundaries
• Drive transformation of core finance processes (order-to-cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay) using AI and automation
• Lead vendor selection, integration, migration and go-live for billing, ERP and treasury systems
• Prioritize and build AI-powered automation and integrated finance workflows
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI and finance technology to keep systems current
• Define and sequence the multi-year finance transformation roadmap balancing ambition with pragmatic delivery, resilience, scalability and cost-effectiveness
• Build institutional-grade systems architecture with robust controls, audit trails and access governance
• Co-own control layers across month-end close, revenue recognition and related KPIs
• Serve as primary liaison between Finance, Engineering, Product and external partners
• Govern and document key processes, ensuring audit readiness and operational support for product ecosystems

• 10+ years of relevant experience across finance operations and finance systems (billing platforms, payments infrastructure) with deep ERP implementation and change expertise
• Proven track record integrating, migrating or upgrading ERP platforms and subscription/billing systems; strong understanding of order-to-cash and revenue recognition at a system level
• Experience owning AP/AR automation and treasury system implementations including integration design
• Demonstrable experience building and operating AI-powered automation in a finance context, with ability to separate hype from leverage
• Strong controllership knowledge (close, consolidation, VAT, inter-company, cash management) and familiarity with governance, audit readiness and reporting standards
• Technical depth and hands-on experience with finance systems configuration, reconciliation design, API connectivity and data models
• Leadership skills for senior stakeholder management, vendor management and delivering implementable projects
• Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) or equivalent practical experience
