Procurement & Contract Management

We are seeking a senior Procurement & Contract Management professional to lead procurement and commercial contracting activities within the renewable energy sector.

This role requires strong commercial judgement, excellent knowledge of the renewable energy market, and an established network of suppliers, contractors, and strategic partners. Given the niche nature of the market, relationships with major industry players will be particularly valuable.

• Lead procurement and contract management activities across renewable energy projects.

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with business and project objectives.

• Identify, evaluate, and manage key suppliers, contractors, and strategic partners.

• Lead hands‑on negotiation of complex commercial and procurement contracts.

• Manage key contractual terms, pricing, risk, warranties, liabilities, and performance obligations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with major industry suppliers and partners.

• Monitor market conditions, supplier capabilities, pricing, and emerging trends.

• Identify opportunities to optimise costs, commercial terms, and supplier performance.

• Work closely with project, engineering, finance, legal, and senior management teams.

• Manage contract variations, claims, disputes, and commercial risks where required.

• Strong knowledge of the renewable energy market and supply chain.

• Proven, hands‑on experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts.

• Experience working with major suppliers, contractors, OEMs, or strategic industry partners.

• An established network across the renewable energy sector, particularly with major suppliers and partners.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

• Excellent stakeholder and relationship-management capabilities.

• Ability to operate effectively within a lean, specialised team.

• Fluent German (C1 or above), strong English skills an advantage
