We are a product-driven organization building technology that unlocks the value in video and image data without compromising the people it captures. As part of Milestone Systems, we bring together anonymization and responsibly sourced, fully traceable video data with specialized AI models across our product portfolio. We are seeking an ambitious Product Manager driven by customer satisfaction, product success, and opportunities for growth.

You will work with customers, commercial and development teams, and senior management to align on a product vision, define a roadmap, and bring stakeholders together to continuously develop our product strategy. If you understand the software-as-a-service business model and AI and computer-vision technologies, this role is for you. You must have a passion for great customer experiences paired with strong product skills.

This is what will make you successful in this role.

• You will define a product vision together with the Director of Product and the product team, set strategic priorities, and translate this vision into a product roadmap supported by meaningful KPIs.
• You will approach customers and stakeholders with genuine curiosity and translate these insights into ideas and actions that delight them.
• You will act as the strategic link between product vision and technical execution and be responsible for product ownership across the development teams.
• You will identify opportunities for new products and product improvements by researching markets and interacting with customers, potential customers, and partners.
• You will collaborate with key internal stakeholders such as tech development and support teams, sales, and senior management to shape and drive the product agenda.

• You have 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager in a technical environment or a comparable position, ideally in B2B SaaS, artificial intelligence, or both.
• You have strong skills in defining product, product vision, and product family strategy.
• You are an effective product advocate who communicates clearly with stakeholders at every level and ensures that feedback from customers and internal teams directly influences product development.
• You have a good understanding of software-as-a-service business models.
• You are a self-starting leader, detail-oriented, process-oriented, and organized.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.

• Your experience with products in computer vision, AI, or video management domains is a plus.
