Your role

At Cloover, we're building the revenue infrastructure that powers our next phase of growth. As Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you'll sit at the heart of our business, connecting Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing to make sure every process across our B2B and B2C funnel is clean, automated, and visible. • Develop and implement Revenue Operations strategies across the full funnel, supporting Cloover's international growth and expansion goals
• Own end-to-end reporting, forecasting, and KPI dashboarding across all revenue channels
• Optimize and automate processes across our CRM and tech stack, with a focus on Hub Spot and BI and reporting tools
• Run growth experiments and data-driven initiatives to improve funnel performance, efficiency, and conversion rates
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to operationalize processes and enable data-backed decision making

We care more about how you think and what you've built than where you've been. Here's what will set you up for success in this role:

• Several years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, or a similar field, ideally across both B2B and B2C environments
• Strong command of Hub Spot and hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Metabase or Qlik; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
• Sharp analytical skills, a technical mindset, and proven experience building automation systems and data-driven workflows
• A growth mindset, you enjoy experimenting, learning fast, and keeping the big picture in view
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions

• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
• Familiarity with the energy, fintech, or proptech space
