We're a small founding team, shipping daily, working directly with customers and moving fast.

As Chief of Staff, you sit at the center of everything. You work directly with the founders to drive the company's most important priorities — from GTM and sales execution to ops and cross-functional strategy. You don't just advise; you own and deliver.

This is not a support role. You'll take on the highest-leverage problems the company has, build systems where chaos exists, and push every part of the org to operate at a higher level. You turn ambition into clarity, clarity into structure, and structure into outcomes.

Your scope starts broad and grows with you. Right now, the biggest wins are in GTM execution, operational infrastructure, and keeping the founding team focused on what only they can do. As the company scales, you'll grow into whatever matters most — expansion, new markets, leadership of a function. The ceiling is as high as you make it.

• Drive the company's most important priorities forward — make sure strategic decisions translate into real progress, nothing falls through the cracks, and the founders stay focused on the highest-leverage work
• Own GTM execution and sales operations — build the systems, playbooks, and automation that turn early traction into repeatable growth
• Build the operational backbone — from reporting and tooling to vendor management and internal processes that let a small team punch above its weight
• Push AI adoption across every function — Delvo is already AI-native, but the frontier moves fast. You'll make sure we stay ahead: identifying new tools, running experiments, and embedding AI into how we operate
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end — new market analysis, competitive positioning, pricing, partnerships. Own it from framing to delivery
• Keep the team aligned — make sure everyone understands not just what we're doing but why. Own internal communication on key decisions and make sure cross-functional initiatives don't stall

• 2+ years in a high-performance environment — Tier 1 consulting, VC, high-growth startup, or you've founded something yourself
• You combine structured problem-solving with raw execution speed — you frame the problem, then ship the solution
• Deeply AI-native — you use AI tools daily, know what's possible, and are excited to push an entire organization to work smarter
• High agency — you don't wait to be told what to do. You find the highest-leverage problem and run at it
• Strong communicator in German and English — you can write a tight strategic memo and a compelling outreach email
• Comfortable with ambiguity — the job description will look different six months from now. That's the point
