Head of Operations

Join a high-growth, Private Equity-owned corporate active in the DACH marcket. As Head of Operations, you will lead operational enhancement, technology integration, and commercial optimization across business units. Working directly with management and key stakeholders, you will analyze processes, implement cutting-edge digital tools, and build organizational AI readiness.

• Conduct end-to-end operational diagnostic assessments across portfolio companies to identify process bottlenecks and commercial growth levers.
• Drive hands-on implementation of operational improvements, modern software tools, and AI solutions to optimize efficiency and boost enterprise value.
• Guide portfolio management teams through digitization projects, IT architecture updates, and commercial scale-up initiatives.
• Serve as an operational generalist across various business functions, tailoring strategy and execution to each portfolio company's specific needs.
• Support post-acquisition 100-day plans and maintain ongoing operational oversight throughout the holding period.

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience (open to senior candidates with 10+ years), featuring a proven track record in operations and value creation.
• Background: Top-tier strategy consulting foundation (MBB-trained), prior experience in a Private Equity Operations team, or operational leadership within a high-growth startup.
• Academic Credentials: Outstanding academic track record and top-tier internship background.
• Functional Expertise: Broad operational generalist mindset with strong capabilities in IT systems, software tools, AI integration, digitization, and commercial strategy.
