Associate - Transformation & Value Creation

You will serve clients by leveraging a holistic, execution-centric approach, contributing hands‑on transformation capabilities and driving impact.

To achieve results, you will apply all available levers - not only cost, but also business model change, revenue growth, organizational change, and capability building - combining strategic perspective with disciplined implementation. Engagements typically span 12+ months and draw on proprietary McKinsey Transformation (MT) processes, tools, benchmarks, and methodologies.

You will join one of our offices in Germany or Austria as part of our fast-growing MT practice, established in 2010 to drive holistic performance improvement and corporate restructuring. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of professionals from diverse backgrounds - industry, private equity, and the restructuring ecosystem - together with our global network of industry and functional experts, all committed to delivering measurable performance improvements alongside our clients.

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record
