Price Benchmark Analyst​/Price Benchmark Specialist

The Price Benchmark Analyst / Price Benchmark Specialist conducts pricing research and competitive benchmarking to assess how the company’s products and services compare with market alternatives. The role involves collecting and validating competitor pricing data, comparing equivalent offerings, and analyzing price differences across markets, customer segments, and sales channels.

The successful candidate will translate benchmarking findings into clear reports and recommendations that support pricing decisions. This position works closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment when comparing products with different features, commercial terms, and value propositions.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in price benchmarking, pricing analysis, market research, or competitive intelligence.
• Strong research skills, with the ability to gather, verify, and organize pricing data from multiple sources.
• Ability to compare equivalent products and services while accounting for differences in specifications, currencies, taxes, discounts, and commercial terms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of competitive pricing, market positioning, and profitability analysis.li>
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain findings and recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
