Commercial Strategy Manager; f​/m​/d

As an Advisor Commercial/Pricing Strategy & Planning, you will be responsible for the pricing and promotion strategy for your product families across national and international brands. Together with Product Management, Marketing, and other teams, you will develop e-commerce strategies that drive revenue, growth, and market share. You will analyze competitors and market trends and optimize product, pricing, and offer positioning.

You will work on strategically important brands and product lines with high management visibility and ambitious growth targets, driving the further development of our commercial and pricing strategy.

• Develop and implement online pricing and promotion strategies to increase revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and market share.
• Conduct market, competitor, and pricing analyses and develop and maintain benchmarks to evaluate our product and pricing positioning.
• Plan, implement, and measure the success of pricing and promotion campaigns across various channels.
• Develop and manage pricing roadmaps aligned with overall business objectives.
• Analyze relevant commercial performance KPIs and derive appropriate actions in case of deviations.
• Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
• Develop target-group-specific offers and communication while monitoring market and competitive developments.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a comparable field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in pricing, marketing, or product management, ideally in an online, IT, or technology environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and German;
  French or Spanish is a plus.
• Experience and strong interest in using AI tools in day-to-day work, e.g. using Generative AI to synthesize market analyses and support data modeling.
• Curious, open-minded, and solution-oriented personality with an interest in working in a dynamic environment.
• Structured, organized, and hands-on approach with strong prioritization skills. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a genuine interest in collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
