Finance & HR Operations Manager

We're building MIRA, the AI-powered platform for specialist eyecare. Mirantus connects local screening locations with specialist ophthalmologists, making high-quality eyecare more accessible across Europe. As Mirantus grows, we're looking for a Finance & HR Operations Manager to keep our core finance and people administration running reliably.

• Own day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, including invoices, payments, expenses, and financial documentation
• Prepare accounting records and work closely with our tax advisors and payroll providers
• Manage payroll preparation and ensure salaries are processed correctly and on time
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documents
• Own employee administration from onboarding to offboarding
• Keep contracts, personnel files, and administrative processes organized and up to date
• Be the go-to person for day-to-day finance and HR administration

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung), ideally with a focus on accounting, finance, payroll, or HR administration
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, HR administration, or a similar operational role
• Very structured, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
• Hands-on and happy to solve practical problems in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent German and proficient English
