Who we are.

The cocon Group has been realizing demanding concrete construction projects since 2016 – from concrete repair and exposed concrete facades to the assembly of complex precast concrete elements.
With locations in Bielefeld and our own precast concrete plant in Oberhausen, we support projects throughout Germany. We combine technical expertise, meticulous craftsmanship, and a strong hands-on approach.

To this end, we are seeking experienced professionals in the fields of precast concrete and concrete repair to enrich our team and join us in taking the next steps.

These are your tasks.

You make sure it runs smoothly when the crane is turning. And that it holds when it's attached to the wall.

• Assembly and installation of precast concrete elements – walls, columns, stairs, balconies, etc.
• Jointing, grouting, filling and initial concrete repair
• Working according to drawings and with modern assembly equipment
• Teamwork with intelligence, strength and a handshake mentality

What you should bring.

Assembly work isn't an office job – you need grit, strength, and brains. You also need:

• Vocational training in construction or experience on construction sites
• Resilience, suitability for working at heights and willingness to travel for work (Mon-Fri, nationwide)
• Driving licence category B (mandatory)
• Careful, reliable work ethic
• No problem getting stuck in and taking responsibility.
