Research and development of cutting-edge technologies:
Responsible for optimizing the design and preparation process of optical films (such as laser/irradiation/ultraviolet/ultra-hard films, etc.), and overcoming core technical challenges such as high light transmittance, low reflection rate, and high stability;
Project coordination:
Responsible for organizing national-level/provincial-level/military-level research projects related to optical coatings, formulating technical routes and resource allocation plans, and ensuring the timely completion of the projects;
Technology Transformation:
Promote the industrial transformation of core laboratory technologies, addressing issues such as process adaptation and yield improvement in large-scale production;
International Cooperation:
Establish connections with overseas universities, research institutions, and top industry teams, build an international technology cooperation platform, and track the cutting‑edge trends in global optical coating technology;
Team Building:
Lead the R&D team in achieving technological breakthroughs, guide postdoctoral researchers/engineers, and cultivate high‑end technical talents.
Possess a doctoral degree in optical engineering, materials science and engineering, physics, applied physics, or related fields, graduated from a renowned overseas university. Candidates with at least 3 years of work experience in overseas postdoctoral research institutions, top enterprises, or related R&D units are preferred.
Required SkillsProfessional Competence:
Proficient in optical film theory (film interference, dispersion, stress control, etc.), proficient in at least two core preparation techniques, such as vacuum evaporation coating, magnetron sputtering coating, PECVD, etc.;
Proficient in using film design software such as TFCalc and Macleod, capable of independently designing complex optical film systems (such as anti‑reflection films, filters, and reflective films);
Proficient in film characterization techniques (ellipsometers, spectrometers, atomic force microscopes, XRD, etc.), capable of independently analyzing the relationship between film performance and process parameters;
Language
Skills:
Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of independently writing English technical reports, and participating in international academic conferences and exchange activities;
Others:
Possess strong innovative thinking, project management skills, and cross‑team collaboration awareness, and be able to withstand high‑intensity technical research pressure.
We are committed to achieving diversity and inclusiveness in personnel during the recruitment process.
