We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale our digital marketing engine and unlock new growth opportunities.

• Design, execute, and continuously refine data-driven growth strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Identify and scale most effective channels such as SEO/GEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, and affiliate
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization throughout the entire customer journey
• Collaborate closely cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Development teams to identify new growth opportunities
• Monitor KPIs and report actionable insights and performance to management and stakeholders
• Stay ahead of the curve by identifying trends and innovations in digital marketing

• A degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital performance marketing and growth marketing
• Hands‑on know-how with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hub Spot, Linked In Campaign Manager
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and testing experience
• A self‑starter attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to make a measurable impact
