** Our goal is to provide all households in Germany with a fibre-optic connection by 2030. We want to further accelerate the part of the fibre-optic expansion from the street to our customers' homes. To this end, we are expanding civil engineering capacities on the market by founding Deutsche Telekom Tiefbau GmbH. In addition to external contracts with reliable partners, we will therefore also operate the necessary civil engineering services independently in the future.

Deutsche Telekom Tiefbau GmbH will work on behalf of Telekom Deutschland GmbH and Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH.
** tasks
* * As construction manager (m/f/d) civil engineering fiber at Deutsche Telekom Tiefbau GmbH, you will lead several civil engineering teams with a total of around 12-14 employees and are responsible for planning and managing construction sites in terms of compliance with technical, scheduling and economic requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that the cable trenches are properly manufactured and that the cable and pipe installation work is carried out correctly.

You will take on the personnel and technical management of civil engineering specialists as well as the operational management of construction sites.
* You are responsible for construction preparation, coordinate civil engineering teams and ensure the proper implementation of construction measures
* You ensure the operability of our pipeline network
* You are the contact person for builders, authorities and third parties involved in the project
* You ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
* You carry out construction process and quality checks and lead construction and coordination meetings
* You conduct personnel selection interviews and are responsible for the development of your employees
** Profil
* * You have a degree in civil or industrial engineering, specializing in construction is desirable. Alternatively, you have completed vocational training combined with several years of professional experience in civil engineering. You also have the following knowledge and skills:
* First professional experience as a construction manager in civil engineering and very good knowledge of civil engineering
* Driving license class B
* Willingness to carry out regional and possibly supra regional assignments
* Budget and cost management skills
* Staff staffing and management skills
* Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a reliable & independent way of working
* Technical affinity and safe use of IT systems
* Ideally, you have the Si Ge Ko  RAB
30 certificate of competence
