IT Service Technician; m​/f​/d

We are currently seeking a qualified IT Onsite Technician/Onsite Support Specialist on behalf of an IT client in Bonn. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting inquiries and incident reports, among other tasks. Your satisfaction is our goal – trust our expertise!

Your responsibilities will include: providing IT support to business customers in the 1st and 2nd level support environment; receiving and qualifying customer inquiries and incident reports via the ticketing system and by phone; identifying problems and developing solutions; documenting inquiries and incident reports; installing and configuring hardware at customer sites; and supporting workplace relocations, new installations, and migrations.

• Completed IT training or relevant professional experience in the described field of work
• Initial professional experience in IT-related customer support
• Excellent knowledge of common Windows operating systems and MS Office environments.
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Self-initiative, quick comprehension and a high willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
