On behalf of our customers we are looking for a Backoffice Specialist(m/f/d) at our Bonn location as part of our direct personnel placement service.

• Administrative support of sales and management teams
• Processing and monitoring of orders, contracts and invoices
• Maintaining and updating customer and supplier data in CRM and ERPsystems
• Preparation of presentations, reports and documentation
• Coordination with internal departments and external partners
• Support in organizational and project-related tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
• First experience in backoffice or administration desirable
• Very good English skills (written and spoken), German skills beneficial
• Confident handling of MS Office and modern office tools
• Strong organizational skills, reliability and team spirit
