IMPORTANT:
The contract will be signed for 6 months + 6 months with the possibility of an extension. [ATTENTION BEFORE APPLYING! One needs to be either a bachelor graduate not more than 2 months before the internship start date or needs to maintain a Master's student status throughout the internship period. Second Master's, current Bachelor's students and Bachelor's graduates more than two months are not allowed to apply!]

In this role, you will help bring our DHL Change & Transformation strategy to life across a global organization by engaging people, strengthening communities and creating impactful learning and communication experiences. You will play an active role in enabling our global Change & Transformation Community, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices. You will also contribute to innovative digital enablement initiatives, including the launch and continuous enhancement of an AI-powered Change & Transformation Assistant designed to help employees and change practitioners identify effective actions and solutions for their transformation initiatives.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in organizational transformation, employee engagement, community management, communications and AI-supported enablement while working in a truly international environment.

Note:

Internships at DHL are typically structured as an initial 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension for up to an additional 6 months. While the anticipated duration is 12 months, any extension beyond the initial period is subject to mutual agreement and business requirements.

• Support the rollout and adoption of DHL Group's Change & Transformation strategy.
• Support community administration, content management and engagement reporting.
• Design and maintain content for Smart Connect and other digital collaboration platforms.
• Contribute to the redesign of learning and enablement offerings.
• Support the launch and continuous improvement of an AI-powered Change & Transformation Assistant.
• Create presentations, communication materials and management updates for global stakeholders.
