Postdoc in the field of AI-based Robotics (m/f/d) (EG 13 TV-L, full-time/part-time)Starting from April 1, 2026 (or later). The new AI-based Robotics professorship at the Institute of Robotics and Process Informatics will start in April 2026. The position is to be filled on a fixed-term basis for 3 years. The successful applicant will be given the opportunity for further scientific qualification (e.g. habilitation).
Your tasks- You will carry out your own research ideas and increase your visibility in the scientific community.
- You will publish research results and participate in national and international conferences.
- You will supervise courses and student work and develop new courses.
- You will apply for and support the processing of research projects.
- You have a doctorate in robotics.
- You have your own research topics and excellent publications and are interested in continuing and expanding these topics.
- You have experience in successfully acquiring third-party funding.
- You have an excellent professional network in science and/or industry.
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Optional:
You are pursuing a habilitation.
- Work on exciting future-oriented research topics in an inspiring work environment as part of the university community
