IT Administrator

Administer and further develop the existing IT infrastructure
Configure and manage the server environment, including virtual systems
Install, configure, and document system environments, including Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune, Windows Autopilot, RDS, and Hyper-V
Monitor and manage network components, including VPN connections and firewall systems
Administer and further develop endpoint security solutions
Implement IT security measures
Create and maintain IT documentation
Ensure efficient 1st- and 2nd-level IT support
Process support tickets

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT administration
• Very good knowledge of Windows client and server administration
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPOs, and file and print services
• Proficient in configuring firewalls, switches, WAN, LAN, WLAN, and telecommunications systems
• Experience with Fortinet is an advantage
• Several years of experience administering, maintaining, and optimizing backup systems
• Very good knowledge of administering Microsoft 365, Entra , and Intune
• Good Power Shell skills for automation and administration

Demonstrates expertise in IT infrastructure administration, including server and network management, endpoint security, and IT support processes. Proficient in Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune, and Power Shell for automation and system optimization.
