Oracle Payroll & HCM Integration Consultant; Freelance

For a long-term Oracle HCM support service, we are looking for a technically strong Oracle Payroll & HCM Integration Consultant . We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant. The role combines functional payroll expertise with technical troubleshooting and integration capabilities.

• Analysis of complex payroll and integration issues
• Root cause analysis
• Support with payroll configuration and smaller changes
• Fast Formula
• HCM Extracts
• HDL / HSDL
• BI Publisher
• Support with Oracle Integration Cloud and external payroll interfaces
• Support with releases, testing and hypercare

• Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• Strong Oracle Payroll expertise
• Productive support and troubleshooting experience
• Good knowledge of Fast Formula
• Experience with HCM Extracts
• Experience with HDL/HSDL
• Experience with payroll integrations
• Very good English skills

• Oracle Integration Cloud
• BI Publisher
• ADP Global View or other external payroll systems
• International payroll landscapes
• Core HR
