• Act as the primary focal point for all Validation and Verification (V&V) activities within the project.
• Define and maintain the Validation and Verification Plan in alignment with project requirements and milestones.
• Develop, maintain, and release the Verification Control Document (VCD).
• Organize and lead Verification Control Boards (VCBs) to ensure effective tracking and closure of verification activities.
• Manage the preparation, review, and release of Test Specifications and related documentation.
• Oversee and coordinate verification activities using IBM DOORS, SIEMENS Polarion, or similar requirements management tools.
• Actively participate in project meetings and technical reviews (progress meetings, milestone reviews, customer reviews).

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in Validation & Verification, Systems Engineering, or AIT, ideally in the aerospace sector.
• Solid understanding of the full engineering project life‑cycle, from concept to delivery.
• Proficiency in using requirements management tools, such as IBM DOORS and/or SIEMENS Polarion; experience with similar tools is also valued.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex verification activities independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  German language skills are a plus.
