Job Overview

As a Junior Manager in Digital Logistics Solutions, you will help us improve and further develop our digital logistics systems, with Cargo Wise playing a key role in our operations. You will work closely with logistics teams, Finance, IT and international colleagues to make our processes smarter, more efficient and better connected.

• Support the development and optimisation of our Cargo Wise platform.
• Analyse logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help design and implement digital solutions and system integrations.
• Participate in international projects and system rollouts.
• Support user training and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in digitalisation, logistics, and business processes.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English;
  German language skills are an advantage.
• Experience with Cargo Wise, ERP systems, or other business applications is a plus, but not required.
