Content Creator & Social Media; m​/f​/d

In this role, you shape how UJAM is perceived across the music world through strong artist partnerships, compelling media, and a data-driven content strategy. You create creative video content that drives brand engagement and audience growth toward clear commercial results.

Media Design & Content Strategy:
Strategically plan, record, and edit high-impact video and audio content, including product demos, tutorials, and UGC aligned with commercial goals and product releases. Brief external creators and manage the monthly budget to acquire high-converting media assets.

Artist & Influencer Relations:
Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with content creators (artists, influencers, affiliates) to execute impactful partnerships that amplify brand presence and influence across the music industry.

Social Media & Strategy:
Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy to drive consistent audience growth and engagement across all relevant digital channels. Use performance data to continuously improve marketing efficiency, while actively staying ahead of industry trends to adapt strategy.

Video Editing & Content Creation:
Hands-on experience in recording, editing, and producing high-quality media content (video, audio demos, tutorials, UGC) tailored for digital channels.

Music Production:
Strong background and practical experience in music production, with a passion for music software, virtual instruments, and audio plugins.

Monthly Budget Management:
Tracking and managing recurring budgets, ensuring spend stays aligned with campaign costs and collaborator commitments.

Social Media Operations:
Practical experience in developing and executing data-driven social media strategies, managing campaign performance and keeping up with digital marketing trends.

Collaborator Relations:
Ability to build and maintain relationships with external collaborators, including creative briefing, agreement, and budget handling.

Languages:

Fluent English is strictly required; good German skills are a plus.

Location:

Based in and working from Europe (ideally in Germany, preferably in the greater Bremen area for regular hybrid office work, though remote from Europe is also possible).

Marketing copywriting skills (e.g. social captions, campaign copy)

You have used a UJAM plugin before

You have already built a strong creator network in the music industry

You are familiar with Discord

Experience with Holacracy or similar modern organizational frameworks.
