Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Senior Project Manager - Import (m/f/d) in Bremen, Germany.

• Independent management and coordination of international project shipments with a focus on imports
• Project management throughout the entire project lifecycle: from implementation to controlling and post-project review (including lessons learned)
• Close collaboration with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of all contractual requirements
• Order processing from customer order placement to project completion, including invoicing
• Participation in strategic tenders in coordination with department management, regional tender management, and other internal stakeholders
• Conducting project negotiations and clarification meetings with customers and partners
• Financial controlling of individual projects
• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships as well as actively contributing to new business generation
• Preparing and following up on quotations in collaboration with Global Key Account Management and the Sales Team Germany
• Supporting the implementation and further development of internal processes, IT infrastructure (e.g., Cargo Wise, PTL), and SOPs
• Ensuring quality in project execution and supporting the implementation of the group’s strategic objectives
• Collaboration with other deugro branches and specialist departments worldwide

• Successfully completed vocational training or degree in the field of freight forwarding
• Several years of professional experience in project forwarding, ideally with a focus on imports – export experience is also welcome; any missing import knowledge can be supplemented through internal training
• Experience with general cargo and heavy-lift transports as well as sea freight charter
• Knowledge of contract and project management
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to undertake occasional national and international business trips
