Promptly is building the first patient-centered global evidence network, offering real world data sharing and monetization capabilities. Together with a selected network of Partners, we generate new knowledge from harmonized datasets, augmented with the collection of longitudinal patient-reported data and patient-generated digital biomarkers within a secure and privacy-preserving environment.
We answer the question – is this patient treatment the best it could possibly be?
What’s our purposeWe exist to empower every patient and every health organization on the planet with evidence on the outcomes of care!
Why do we get up in the morning? Well, most healthcare professionals have chosen to work in healthcare driven by their desire to make a difference in patients’ lives. And so have we! We have chosen to follow this calling by addressing the biggest problem in healthcare: the lack of real-world evidence on the outcomes of care.
For us, society denying patients better care due to lack of access to data is unethical, in a world where technology improved so many aspects of our world. Making the right evidence available to healthcare organizations to help prevent one lost life, one care complication, one failed treatment is the moral obligation that big tech companies have – it’s our Hippocratic Oath.
At Promptly, everything we do is driven by our core purpose: to promote better healthcare at lower costs for patients every day, by making health outcomes available.
About the role The MomentumPromptly is entering a phase of sustained scale. Building on the traction of our Federated Evidence Network, we are expanding across Europe and selected international markets with a clear objective: to establish one of the largest regulated health data ecosystems in the world.
Germany is the single most important market in that plan. It combines Europe's densest network of university hospitals, a national medical informatics infrastructure few countries can match, and a regulatory framework that has moved decisively toward secondary use of health data. Access is won institution by institution, through governance bodies, data protection leadership and clinical sponsors who expect a partner, not a vendor.
We are hiring a Data Network Associate to accelerate how quickly we build that network.
The RoleYou will drive data partner acquisition and activation across Germany. You will own a defined portfolio of accounts end to end and support our Country Manager Germany on priority university hospitals and network-wide partnerships.
This is a hands-on role at the core of the Evidence Network. You will prospect, qualify, run governance processes, coordinate technical feasibility, and follow each partnership through to live data. It is an execution role with real ownership. You will not just support deals, you will close your own.
You will report to the Data Network Lead and work closely with the Data Network Country Manager Germany, Life Sciences, Product, R&D, Delivery, Legal and Compliance.
What You Will Do- Identify, map, and qualify data partner targets across Germany, including Universitätsklinika and their Datenintegrationszentren (DIZ), private hospital and rehabilitation groups, Landeskrebsregister and disease registries, research networks such as NUM, and scientific societies. Prioritise them by lives covered, data readiness, and alignment with sponsor and indication demand.
- Drive partner acquisition from first contact through to signed agreement, owning a defined set of accounts independently and supporting the Data Network Country Manager Germany on priority institutions, in line with the German partnership strategy.
- Build account plans for priority institutions that map the real decision chain: Ärztliche and…
