• Own the end-to-end product design across our B2C and B2B web applications, driving everything from early concepts and wire framing to high-fidelity execution and prototyping.
• Partner closely with Software Engineers to build solutions that are not just technically feasible, but push the boundaries of modern web aesthetics and functional excellence.
• Establish and evolve our design foundations
  , ensuring our Figma libraries, component logic, and design tokens stay perfectly in sync with our codebase.
• Champion craftsmanship and attention to detail by obsessing over typography, spacing, and micro-interactions to maintain a world-class user experience.
• Provide strategic design direction
  , ensuring that our visual systems are scalable, consistent, and intuitive for a global audience.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant interfaces
  , bridging the gap between sophisticated technical logic and a seamless user journey.

• Demonstrated experience in a Senior Product Design role
  , successfully shipping high-end web interfaces in a product-led environment.
• Strong background in digital product design with at least 5+ years of experience and a portfolio that ideally showcases both B2C and B2B expertise in building clean, technical, and high-end web interfaces.
• Expert-level Figma skills and deep experience with component-driven design systems (e.g., Radix, shadcn/ui).
• Deep intuition for modern web frameworks
  , possessing a strong understanding of technical possibilities and constraints to ensure designs are as functional as they are beautiful.
• Expertise in systemic design thinking
  , with the ability to structure visual systems and design tokens that can be seamlessly translated into scalable UI by engineering teams.
• High level of autonomy and a pragmatic, ownership-driven approach to shipping quality products in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
