• Splicing & Testing:
  Perform high-density and ribbon splicing (144–3456 fibers) using state-of-the‑art equipment. Conduct OTDR and attenuation measurements to ensure network performance.
• Structured Cabling:
  Install and document primary, secondary, and tertiary cabling (fiber and copper) in data centers, including patching, labeling, and routing.
• Rack & Stack:
  Assemble and cable data racks and ODFs. Support the installation and replacement of active components such as switches and servers.
• Network Support:
  Diagnose and resolve faults in fiber and copper cabling. Perform functional tests and work with quality teams to maintain high standards.

• Technical training in electrical/communications engineering or solid experience in passive datacenter infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of fiber splicing, ribbon splicing (preferred), and structured cabling best practices.
• Confident with testing tools (OTDR, loss measurement) and creating acceptance documentation.
• Reliable, structured, and self‑motivated with strong communication skills and a team‑oriented approach.
• Fluent German & English.
• Valid Class B driving license and flexibility to travel regionally. Physically fit for on‑site work (e.g., ladders, 20kg loads).
