- You are responsible, among other things, for the leadership, guidance, and development of the Supply Chain Planning Team
- You are responsible for the on-time market supply and the associated KPIs (such as CFR, PLS, inventories, scrapping, PPA)
- You guarantee the correct planning of production dates and quantities as well as the resulting material requirements, for both internal and external production (CMO), as well as for the prioritization of bottlenecks in production, laboratory, and contract manufacturing
- You act as the main contact person for internal Bayer customers (sales affiliates, headquarters)
- The medium-term and strategic planning and monitoring of capacities along the value chain, including the updating of planning-relevant parameters in SAP, e.g., safety stocks, lead times, batch sizes, are part of your tasks
- You identify and drive improvement projects of planning processes from a GMP perspective and in terms of Operational Excellence
- Ensuring the implementation of GMP requirements in the areas of planning and contract manufacturing, including SOPs, deviations, CAPAs
- You have successfully completed a university degree (Master) in business administration, mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, or engineering
- You have leadership experience from previous roles or project management
- You have several years of GMP experience as well as experience with ERP systems, especially SAPYou have very good MS Office skills
- Ideally, you have a strong process understanding (cross-functional and cross-company)
- You are decisive and possess strong assertiveness
- You are considered a communication talent (all genders) and stakeholder management is not an issue for you
- Additionally, you have the ability to analyze and structure complex matters
- You have an affinity for digitalization topics
- You possess fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
