• Relevant Master's degree in engineering and/or business administration.
• Knowledge of the Space Industry.
• More than 15 years of professional experience.
• Experience in developing strategic and business plans.
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes.
• Experience in Contract Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

• Formulate and implement strategy for the business unit in concertation with the president of the business area
• Develop the business plan for the business unit to meet business unit objectives and enhance profitability
• Oversee all operations and business activities of the unit to ensure they produce desired results
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the business unit
• Lead Service Managers and Key Account Managers to achieve business and performance goals
• Act as contract manager for the customer contracts and subcontracts allocated to the business unit. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and partners, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization.
• Ensure employee engagement in the business unit
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders
• Build strategic partnerships for the business unit, in coordination with the rest of the leadership team
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues
• Manage resources and budget to achieve financial and business objectives
• Work closely with Key Account Managers, other BU directors, BD Director and internal Business Partners to ensure coordination and cooperation across the business area and the group
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
• Report performance data and forecasts
• Direct report to the Business Area President
• Part of the Business Area Leadership team
