Asa Quantity Surveyoroneofyourmainfocuseswillbeinvolvementincompilationoftenderdocumentsandprocurementstrategy.

• Placementofsub-contractordersinconjunctionwithrelevant
  
  Manager/Buying Department.
• Evaluatethetermsandconditionsofsub-contractors/contractswithemphasison
  
  Risk,Program,Terms&Conditions,Design Responsibility etc.
• Prepare Tender Risk Analysisbasedonstandardformat ,Contractdocumentationincludingbillofquantities.
• Run accurate Commercial Cost Control Reportsonprojectsensuringreportsclearlyidentifycommittedcosts ,forecastcostsformaterials,sub-contractandlabourinadditiontopreliminariesetc.
• Identify,analyseanddevelopresponsestocommercialrisksinconjunctionwiththe

  Director.
• Provideadviceoncontractualclaims–analysingoutcomesandforecastandreportasrequired.
• Toprepareandpresentmonthlycompanyreportsateachprojectand/orbusinessreview,inlinewithcompanyformatsandstandards.
• Assistthe Commercial Directorinthepreparationofmonthlycommercialreports .
• Assistthe Estimation Departmentfromtimetotimeonthepreparationofestimates .
• Ensurethatclientrelationshipsareenhancedtomaximizeoncurrentandfutureopportunities.

• Third level Degreein Quantity Surveyingor similar .
• Minimumof5+years’experience as an Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical)
• Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskillsindealingwithcrossfunctionalpersonnel.
• Goodattentiontodetail,withananalyticalapproachandabilitytoworkusingyourowninitiative.
