Together with its affiliated companies, it offers a wide and exciting range of products in the areas of conveyor belt equipment, vulcanizing presses, roller bearing seals, and flange sealing technology.

NILOS GmbH is looking to hire a full-time employee for its financial accounting department in Hilden, starting immediately:

• Place of work:
  On site in Hilden
• When: effective immediately

• Account Assignment and Posting of Business Transactions
• Billing and Collections
• Processing and Posting Travel Expenses
• Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements in Accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Preparation of Annual Financial Statements in Accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Monthly sales tax return and ZM reports
• Fixed Asset Accounting
• Payment transactions, preferably S-Firm
• Administrative Tasks

• Completed business training
• Work experience in financial accounting
• Proficiency in using common MS Office programs
• Experience working with accounting systems, preferably eGecko
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably APplus
• A friendly demeanor, dedication, and the ability to work independently
• The ability to work in a team and strong communication skills round off your profile
