Role and Responsibilities:

The Finance & Accounting Specialist will support the company’s day-to-day financial accounting, bookkeeping, treasury and administrative activities.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external accounting providers, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating external financial accounting and ensuring accurate and compliant bookkeeping.

Reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

Supporting financial audits and financing processes.

Preparing and coordinating regular payment runs.

Supporting cash-management and treasury activities.

Completing general commercial and administrative tasks.

Reviewing and improving internal finance and administrative processes.

Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the timely preparation of financial information.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business.

The Person :

We are looking for a structured finance professional who is comfortable taking responsibility within a growing international organisation.

The successful candidate will have:

Completed commercial or vocational training, or a university degree, ideally focused on accounting, finance or bookkeeping.

At least three years of professional experience within accounting, financial accounting, bookkeeping or a comparable finance position.

Good knowledge of financial accounting and bookkeeping processes.

Previous experience within an internationally operating company or corporate group would be advantageous.

German & Good written and spoken English.

Strong organisational skills and a structured, diligent and independent approach.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

The ability to work effectively with internal colleagues and external accounting providers.
