We are currently seeking a Senior Manager (m/f/d) Architecture & Site Master Planning for the Corporate Real Estate Management division at our location in Melsungen.

The Corporate Real Estate Management division is responsible for the strategic development and planning of office buildings, production facilities, dialysis centers, and logistics sites worldwide. The goal is to ensure that all locations are designed in alignment with long‑term business objectives, sustainability requirements, and architectural standards. As Senior Manager Architecture & Site Master Planning, you will act as a strategic advisor for site development, combining capacity planning with architectural excellence.

• Lead global architecture and site master planning activities across

• Prioritize and manage international planning and construction projects, especially those tied to strategic initiatives
• Review project proposals, budgets, and timelines to ensure alignment with corporate standards and strategic goals
• Develop and refine global planning and construction guidelines for
  
  B. Braun facilities
• Approve architectural concepts for selected major projects, ensuring consistency and compliance
• Ensure transparent reporting and documentation to support executive decision-making
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Sustainability) and external architects and consultants
• Provide strategic oversight for the procurement of planning and design services
• Create site-specific master plans and assess the development potential of unused land or space
• Conduct long‑term capacity analyses and scenario planning for production, logistics, and office spaces
• Integrate ESG and energy efficiency principles into master planning and construction activities
• Promote innovative spatial concepts to optimize space utilization and cost efficiency

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a comparable field
• Additional qualification in Real Estate or Project Management is a plus
• Extensive experience in site master planning, construction project management, and architectural design – ideally in an international industrial or corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of global building codes, planning regulations, and sustainability standards
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of personal responsibility and confident decision-making
• Structured, analytical mindset with a solid understanding of processes and interdependencies
