Hero Tech Center Germany GmbH is at the forefront of two-wheeler design and technology. We are looking for passionate, motivated, and highly creative fresh graduates to join our TCG Advanced Studio in Stephanskirchen.
To build a dynamic and agile team, we are looking for a talent who excels in at least one of our core studio disciplines. Whether your strength lies in Creative Styling, Digital Sculpting, or Project Management, we want to hear from you!

We are looking to fill this role with a candidate who fits any one of the following three profiles. Please review the paths below and apply for the one that best matches your background:

The Mission:
Act as an integral part of our core creative team, translating raw concepts into striking 2D sketches and 3D designs.

Key Tasks:

Develop independent, conceptual, and creative design work from scratch.

Research market trends and analyze data to build strong 2D concepts.

Work with clay modeling techniques and 3D software to evaluate physical volume and design expressiveness.

The Mission:
Turn 2D sketches and designer intent into perfect physical and digital realities, realizing high-quality Class-A styling surfaces.

Key Tasks:

Create perfect Class-A surfaces starting directly from a designer's sketch or scan data.

Interpret physical sketches with high precision, capturing the designer's true aesthetic intention.

Manage polygonal data and render digital models to a high standard.

The Mission:
Act as the organizational backbone of our studio, planning, executing, and tracking creative projects in perfect alignment with studio goals.

Key Tasks:

Help define project scope, key milestones, schedules, and resource plans.

Monitor project expenditures, track risks, and prepare professional status updates for management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation Design.
• Graduate from a specialized design university or technical modeling school.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Expert in MS Project/Primavera and MS Office; advanced in Jira/Confluence.
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator; basic knowledge of Alias, Maya, or Rhino.
• Good command of Autodesk Alias / ICEM Surf; knowledge of SubD, Maya, or Blender.
• Note:
  
  A two-wheeler riding license or ability is a massive plus, though not strictly mandatory!

Since 2019, Hero Tech Center Germany has been developing innovative concepts for the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero Motocorp Limited from India. At our location in Stephanskirchen, Rosenheim, we are a 60-strong team from 12 nationalities that has an impact on the mobility of the future by supporting the parent company in India with new technologies and innovative vehicle concepts and overseeing new developments from concept to series development.

With our Vehicle Engineering & Development, Electrical Development and Advanced Styling divisions, we cover many areas of two-wheeler development. Our special feature is that the engineers for the chassis and body sit directly next to the designers of the Advanced Styling and thus have very short coordination paths.
Electromobility is not neglected by us either and is also covered from the beginning with good requirements management to internal battery and cell development to the electric drive train and testing.
