For our Team at Gaus Architekten We are looking for an experienced architect specializing in service phases 6-8. You will accompany our demanding architectural projects from the tendering process through awarding the contract to realization and, together with our project team, ensure that planning and architectural standards are consistently implemented on the construction site.

• Processing and support of our projects in service phases 6–8
• Preparation of specifications and tender documents
• Quantity determination as well as review and evaluation of offers
• Participation in contract negotiations and award recommendations
• Cost control and ongoing cost tracking
• Coordination of the executing companies and specialist planners
• Site monitoring and regular presence on the construction site
• Monitoring of the execution with regard to quality, deadlines, costs and conformity with the plan
• Preparation, execution and documentation of construction meetings
• Review of invoices and addenda
• Conducting and supervising acceptance tests
• Defect management and follow-up on defect rectification
• Close collaboration with our project managers and planning teams
• Professional communication with building owners, specialist planners and executing companies

• Completed degree in architecture
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in service phases 6–8
• Excellent knowledge of tendering, awarding contracts and construction supervision
• Solid technical and constructive understanding
• Experience in dealing with costs, deadlines and change orders
• Independent and structured work style
• Assertiveness and a confident demeanor on the construction site
• Solution-oriented action even in challenging project situations
• Teamwork and clear communication
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German
