We are accepting applications for the position of Program Director of Elementary Language Arts (Internal Applicants Only). All applicants must complete the following process:

Process of District Employees

District employees must complete an online administrative application in Frontline. If an employee does not already have an application in Frontline, they will need to create a new user  password to apply for the specific position.

Applicants for this position must have the following qualifications and experience:

• Master's degree in educational administration or a field appropriate to assignment from an accredited college or university
• 15 hours of coursework in language arts, supervision, research, tests and measurements, statistics, social populations, school finance, instructional leadership or school law
• General qualifications of a PK-6 English Language Arts teacher as prescribed by the State Board of Education
• Must be Highly Qualified in the grade level for the position and hold a valid Texas teaching certificate
• Must have maintained a satisfactory score on district appraisal instrument
• Three (3) years of teaching experience in English Language Arts (ELA) classroom
