We are looking for a full-time professor in the area of Translational and System Science in Tech Innovation and Healthcare to support our School of Technology and Architecture. The position is permanent and starts January 1st 2027.

• Holding competence-orientied courses in the English-language study programs on Bachelor and Master’s degree level at our campus in Berlin
• Instructing the students in acquiring the intended competencies, conveying the necessary course content using didactically suitable methods and grading the examination results
• Supervising research as well as bachelor and master thesis projects, including mentoring students
• Partner management and publication of selected work and research results in scientific journals as well as presentation on national and international conferences
• Taking responsibility for specific modules rangingfromthe selection and guidance of lecturers to the accreditation processes
• Willingness to takeup further academicfunctionsi.e. regional Headof Study Programme,andtoparticipateintheself-administrationoftheschooloruniversity

• Medical Doctoror Ph.D. in Tech Innovation, Health Systems, Biomedical, Health Informatics, or in a related field of research having achieved at leastthegrade very good
• Atleast fiveyearsof unique professional experience in the areaof translational scienceandsystems innovation in multiple industries and sectors including health care or related fields, of whichthreeyearsmust havebeen conducted outside university
• Leadership experience in executive levelin profit and non‑profit sectors as well as extensive knowledge and experience in multiactor systems, AIstrategyandintegration
• Relevantpublication sandconference contributions or equivalent activities in thefield
• Teachingexperienceat a university in the English and German language
• Willingness to activelydevelopandaccompany learning processes according to the CORE principle,aswell asanindependentandresponsiblestyleof working
