To strengthen the Chair of Microeconomics (Prof. Dr. Jenny Kragl) we are looking for a part‑time research & teaching assistant (f/m/d) with the opportunity of obtaining a Doctoral Degree (Dr. rer. pol.) to start on December 1, 2026.
EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, a leading private university in Germany, seeks a qualified individual to support research and teaching in applied Microeconomics and Behavioural Economics.

- Develop and conduct individual and joint research projects on topics in applied Microeconomics and Behavioural Economics.
- Write a cumulative dissertation and complete the School’s Doctoral program.
- Support the Economics group in research‑ and teaching‑related tasks.
- Teach (78.4 contact hours per semester) in the Business School’s BSc and MSc programmes, primarily through tutorials.
- Supervise academic student papers and theses.
- Master’s degree (MSc, MSQ, MRes) in Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related fields with excellent grades.
- Strong interest in Microeconomics and related research and teaching areas.
- Strong methodological and analytical skills.
- Teamwork capabilities and the ability to work independently, with a willingness to take on responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English;
German language skills are desirable but not required.
