As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for motivated fitters (m/f/d) to join our teams in the areas of technical insulation, ventilation technology and passive fire protection as soon as possible.

What you can expect from us:

• They professionally install insulation materials for cold, heat and noise protection on pipes, containers or ventilation components.
• They carry out installation work in the field of preventive fire protection, e.g. by covering pipe penetrations or installing fire protection sleeves.
• They install and maintain ventilation and cooling systems, install ventilation ducts and carry out associated connection work according to technical specifications.
• In our sheet metal prefabrication department, you will process thin sheets manually or by machine. You will carry out precise work steps such as cutting, punching, bending, folding and rounding.
• They work on the basis of technical drawings or sketches and ensure the precise implementation of the specified requirements.
• Depending on the assignment, you will also be responsible for preparing and cutting materials on the basis of project documents.

What you bring with you:

• Ideally, you have completed training in a trade or technical field, e.g. as an insulation specialist, plant mechanic, sheet metal worker or metal worker.
• We also welcome career changers with manual skills and a willingness to learn.
• Initial practical experience in technical insulation, ventilation technology, metalworking or fire protection is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
• You work reliably, carefully and with a high sense of responsibility - whether as part of a team or independently.
• For nationwide assignments, you must be willing to carry out assembly work and ideally have a class B driving license.
• Good written and spoken German and ideally a Slavic language such as Polish, Slovakian or Bosnian round off your profile.
