• Inspection and evaluation of electrical systems in accordance with building regulations (e.g., state building codes, MLAR, DIN VDE)
• Responsibility for the inspection and evaluation of electrical systems, emergency power supplies, and fire and hazard alarm systems in industrial, commercial, and special buildings
• Preparation of test reports, documentation of deviations, and follow-up on the timely rectification of defects
• Technical support for construction projects and assistance for our customers with safety-related and normative issues
• Conducting on-site inspections at the customer's premises with local scheduling
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary building services engineering teams

• Completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of building law and relevant technical regulations
• Very good verbal and written communication skills and confident manner
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel
• Several years of professional experience in the planning, testing, or evaluation of electrical systems desirable
• Recognition as a testing expert an advantage

As an electrical engineering expert specializing in building law (m/f/d), you will play a key role in ensuring that buildings and facilities meet the highest safety standards. You will test, evaluate, and support projects in the field of technical building equipment, with a particular focus on electrical systems and their building law requirements.
