Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is a tribally led federal energy-resilience contractor building the contingent team for the USAG Ansbach
- Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Bavaria, Germany. The 730-day project integrates two 1 MW diesel generators, 2 MW / 4 MWh battery energy storage, photovoltaic generation, 20 kV medium-voltage distribution, fuel systems, protection, SCADA/microgrid controls, fiber communications, an underground interconnection corridor and full testing, training and commissioning.

Supervise compliant installation and field execution of the Storck Barracks fire-alarm system.

• Direct installation, termination, device addressing, adjustment, testing, labeling and documentation.
• Coordinate manufacturer requirements, electrical interfaces, QC preparatory/initial/follow-up phases, access and safety.
• Maintain field records, redlines, punch lists and readiness for QFPE/Government testing.
• Ensure installers and technicians remain properly trained and supervised.

• At least eight years of relevant experience supervising fire-alarm system installations.
• Manufacturer-specific training in installation, adjustment, testing and operation of the specified system.
• Applicable German trade qualifications and lawful Germany work authorization.
• German-language capability and Germany-local credential/practice knowledge appropriate to the duties;
  English required for Government-facing functions.

DIN 14675/VDE 0833;
English/German bilingual; federal installation experience.

• Candidate must possess unrestricted EU/EEA/Swiss labor-market access or other valid German work authorization before starting.
• Lawful Germany work authorization/status and installation access are required before in-country duties.
• Germany-qualified fire-alarm first-tier/lower-tier contractor.
• No field work may begin until required Government personnel approval, installation access/badging, safety orientation, role designation/appointment, system/data permissions and work-front release are complete.

• Work arrangement: FULL-TIME ONSITE - remote work is incidental; minimum presence:
  Full-time onsite during fire-alarm installation, adjustment, testing and turnover.
• Project-based and contingent upon award/NTP, funding, final staffing authorization, qualification verification, Government approval where applicable, employer-of-record completion and installation access.
• Must support approved work hours, outages, testing windows, alternate shifts, weekends or German holidays when the schedule and lawful working-time controls require.
• Must comply with ERP/prime direction, EM 385-1-1, German safety and labor requirements, quality controls, CUI/FCI and photography/device restrictions, accurate timekeeping and project conduct rules.
