In order to support the growth of the Private Markets activities, my client is looking for a Dutch speaking Private Markets Investor Relations.

Within the Asset Management Business Line, the Private Markets Investor Relations team is responsible for promoting Private Equity and mutual fund opportunities, as well as discretionary portfolio management solutions tailored to clients’ goals and risk profiles.

Reporting to the Head of Private Markets Investor Relations (Europe), you will play a key role in the promotion and distribution of Private Markets investment solutions across Europe, with a particular focus on Dutch-speaking markets. You’ll collaborate closely with the Private Markets platform, Investor Relations colleagues, and Investment specialists to deliver a seamless client experience and best-in-class insights.

• Promote Private Markets investment solutions to internal and external Dutch-speaking stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new client relationships while strengthening existing ones in the Dutch-speaking market.
• Support local fundraising initiatives in close coordination with global Asset Management teams.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and client events in collaboration with colleagues across Europe and Asia.
• Deliver high-quality client servicing and ensure full compliance with internal and external standards.
• Contribute to operational and middle-office follow-up for Private Markets activities.
• Produce accurate reporting and conduct periodic portfolio reviews.
• Provide regular market intelligence and updates to Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors.
• Participate in Private Markets Investment Committees and cross-functional projects.

• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• You have a relevant experience of 3 years in Private Markets, Investor Relations, Fund Distribution, or Wealth Management.
• Familiarity with AIF and UCITS fund structures and the European regulatory environment.
• You have excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French or another European language is a plus).
