Fund Accounting Supervisor - Private Equity Funds

Our client, a dynamic and friendly financial services firm located near the Belgian border
, is currently looking for a Fund Accounting Manager to support the firm's steady expansion. You will oversee a diversified portfolio of Private Equity funds
, taking ownership of both operational and supervisory aspects while contributing to process improvements and team development.

• Oversee and review the accounting production for a portfolio of Private Equity funds
• Supervise NAV calculations, closings, and financial reporting
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Act as a technical reference on accounting and PE fund topics
• Coordinate with auditors, administrators, and external stakeholders
• Participate in the optimization of internal processes and implementation of best practices

• Approximately 9 years of experience in Private Equity fund accounting
• Proven background in both production and team supervision
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of NAV calculation, Lux GAAP and/or IFRS
• Autonomous and organized, capable of managing a portfolio independently
• Natural leadership,
  coaching mindset
  , and a drive to develop others
• Confident user of accounting software and advanced Excel skills

• Attractive salary up to €100,000 gross/year (depending on experience), plus bonus
