This is where you can shine. You…

• Assist our F&B Manager with the financial and personnel management of the catering areas
• You ensure and actively support the smooth running of all F&B outlets and the banqueting department.
• Take measures to ensure compliance with the current budget/forecast and share responsibility for the implementation of the company’s objectives.
• You will play an active role in the innovative development of the F&B offering, taking into account A-ROSA’s guidelines regarding a health-focused and sustainable approach.
• You will support staff development and advancement within the F&B department.
• You will continuously contribute to cross-departmental process optimisation.
  You keep a close eye on F&B costs and cost of goods sold.
• You ensure optimal staff deployment planning across all departments within the division.

• A completed vocational qualification in the catering industry and/or a degree (specialising in business administration or hotel management), as well as several years’ professional experience and initial management experience
• A high level of professional expertise
• A professional and motivating leadership style
• A genuine focus on guests and service
• A structured, quality-conscious and responsible approach to work
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Commitment and organisational skills
