• You’re both an organisational whizz and a foodie – you’re right at the heart of things, not just on the sidelines
• You’re the head chef’s right-hand man: together with him, you coordinate the team, keep an eye on stock levels and handle kitchen procurement
• HACCP, hygiene and health and safety are second nature to you
• Sudoku for department heads: you’re a true master at drawing up rota schedules
