Responsibilities

• Greeting – first contact with guests, welcoming them with a refreshing drink at the bar while checking them in.
• Tips – provide recommendations on hotel services and local attractions.
• Service – host in your lounge, serving favourite drinks and snacks.
• Office – respond to emails, check invoices, manage and close the shift cash register.
• Farewell – say goodbye warmly so guests leave with a positive impression.

• Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy; proficient in service and reception duties.
• Strict adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Proficient in German and English for guest and team communication.
• Attentive and responsible, eager to contribute to the team.
