French Consulting is seeking a New Parent Support Program (NPSP) Home Visitor to support the U.S. Army’s Family Advocacy Program (FAP) in Kaiserslautern. In this role, you will work directly with expectant parents and families with children from prenatal through age three, providing prevention-focused, strengths-based services that promote safe, healthy, and nurturing family environments.

This position offers meaningful, hands‑on work with military families navigating the unique challenges of military life—including deployment, separation, reunification, and relocation.

What You’ll Do Family Assessment & Home Visiting

  • Independently assess client needs and implement treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of child development, family systems, and the emotional impact of military life.
Education, Groups & Outreach

  • Establish a respectful, supportive, and productive learning environment.
  • Support NPSP and FAP through outreach, marketing, and community engagement.
Coordination & Documentation
  • Coordinate referrals to military and civilian community resources as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with FAP Managers (FAPM), CRC case managers, and other service providers.
  • Prepare required statistical and narrative reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate case files and documentation in accordance with program requirements.
Professional Standards
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and clinical competency.
  • Respond to service needs that may occur outside standard duty hours.
  • Provide coordinated services both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Who You Are
  • You are a licensed registered nurse, a licensed clinical social worker, or a licensed marriage and family therapist committed to prevention, early intervention, and family strengthening.
  • You work confidently with families experiencing stress, risk, or complex life challenges.
  • You are compassionate, culturally responsive, and skilled at building trust with diverse populations.
